which side of my above ground pool liner goes up?

hi i have this liner for my above ground pool and i do not now which side goes up. one side is very smooth but has seams on it, the other side is rough and pebbly with no seams. Which side goes on top.

      The pebbly side with no seams.

      i own a pool company and it is the side that has the seam side that goes up
